The car had the SMG pump fail on the way home from delivery. I had a mechanic with me to assess it when I went to buy it but clearly he was not a expert in the type of car I was buying.
The dealership refused to help ignored calls and DP said I'm claiming it is not working in a mail and refused any assistance. Car couldn't move.
I submitted to ombudsman. Did a submission with all relevant details and communication still waiting for feedback over a year later. Cost me quite abit to get the car running again.
End of last year spoke to another salesman from the dealership and he indicated they knew about the SMG pump and that the car needed bearings done. None of this was disclosed. The dealership tried to get me to sign a wholesaler invoice which I refused.
All round dodgy guys, Inspecta Car Lifestyle motors centurion. Will never buy from them again and no one I know or employees will buy from there.
Hated the experience. I just bought a M6 now and it was a very pleasant experience and Shaun on the forum was a decent guy and made the sale a comfortable one.
