Bmw e46 parking lights and turnsignal issue

Hi, i have an 1998 318 e46 that im currently fixing. i recently changed the headlights to stock, but after i changed on both sides, my parking lights are not working. insteed the turn signals turns on.. but if i only connect one side, the parking lights turns on without issues. what can i do to fix this?
