Bmw e46 M3 Led tailight burnt out leds

Hi guys

Do you guys know where I can get a replacement/repair my e46 M3's Led tailights. A few of the leds have burnt out and not sure if they can be repaired.

i think rather check the tracks behind the LED's first before any major attempts on replacing LED's
