BMW e46 M3 Clutch fan.

HI Guys

Quick question here.

My Clutch fan is on its way out and i was talking to buddy of mine about replacing it, He mentioned that the clutch fan is the exact same as the ones found on all the other e46's and some 5 series BMW's.

is this correct if not where can i get a clutch fan apart from the agents.

or can someone help with a reasonable replacement
