Good Day fellow fanatics
I bought my 320d (2004 model) from BMW Paarlberg on the 12th of July
I never tested the Aircon as it was in the middel of winter, and the salesman promised me BMW checked the whole car, and everything is in good order
At the end of August Paarl had it first hot day, when i turned on the AC, nothing
So i took it to BMW and they said it only needed gas
I told them my E30, and E36, never required gas, so i suspected a leak somewhere
So 2 days later my AC stopped working again, so BMW said they will do a regas with die to see where it leaked
So i took it back to them for assesment, and it appears to be the evaporator according to BMW, so the quoted me R8000-00 to fix it
I am not going to pay that as i don't have the car for 3 monts
Can i hold BMW reliable for this?
As i feel now i want to give tha car back to them and get me a E36 again:nonono:
