BMW e46 6 speed gear knob

Hi All

Please advise, I need to replace my gear knob (E46 330i 6 speed)which has seen its days. Where can I find one at a reasonable price and also , can one on the E90 , the silver type ( 6speed) fit?

yes e90 gearknob will fit the e46

The nice e90 knob is over a grand. Get the zhp knob the weighted e46 knob. See my 330d thread for pics.

The e90 one does look awesome though. But I went with the zhp knob. Mainly because I kept seeing crash raving about it. Lol

I wouldn't mind actually getting a ZHP weighted gear knob for my E90, but since my car is not an M sport, I would prefer a normal 6 speed emblem. Good to know!

About R650 to R700. Philip it honestly doesn't matter. My e46 isn't an msport either. But I couldn't really care. If it shifts better then why not.

That is true! The E90 chrome gear knob is fine, and mine is still practically new, but it's tall, and I prefer the feel of a leather gear knob, and being weighted is also very nice!

The ZHP knob is cool but I did not want Motorsport parts on a non M car.
And this knob matches the silver trimming.
