Pic is not even taken in SA. Speed limit sign is 30mph. US maybe?
Also German E36 M3 had orange indicator lenses. Looks LHD as well from the pic. Could be an import but this looks suspicious.

From our conversation - Car is based in Randburg, that is not the car in the pic of the advert (didn't bother asking why not), he has an avis blue with a cream leather interior, he confirmed that it has just under 7000 km.

I would love to see some pics of this car:inlove: Price and mileage aside, I would be more concerned about the service history of the car... Were the oils and fluids changed regularly? Was the car serviced at least once a year regardless of mileage? and have all the rubber hoses, gaskets and bushes been changed? On a more serious note, I would suspect that all the moving mechanical components are still very stiff and after 19 years they are probably very very fragile. So even if someone were to buy this car, in my opinion I don't think it can be driven like it was supposed to without risking some serious damage.

If it is the same car im thinking of, then the mileage is true, vehicle is services at club motors randburg and as far as I know is as is from the factors, original tyres and everything.

Owner was offered R350k by BMWSA but declined.
