Hi Guys.

This is for the e12, e28 Gurus. I want to know what changed occurred, if any suspension wise with the e12/8. I know they got e28 interior and electronics, was that it?

Was the suspension updated to that of e28? like the changeover from early e24s to late e24s

Did the big sixes change from side loader diffs to e28 diffs ? and suspension at all?

Do you know if the 518 change to the fuel injected m10b18 like the e28 518i in europe?

I owned an E28 520i for about 2 years, I always visually compared it to the E12 when parked next to or seeing one drive by,

my impression is that the E28 sat lower on the rear suspension than the E12, which seemed to be elevated on the rear suspension.
