BMW Dealers in Sandton

Ok so just bought a BMW , I heard the after sales service was so great and I sold my previous car (Subaru) because their service was shocking.

So this morning I want to book my BMW in for a service 10 calls later and one promise from one dealer out of 4 to phone me back and nothing.

I have bumper to bumper meetings today so wont have the chance to follow up.

Im going to CT next week with the car.

Any Suggestions?

Phone them again. Or email.

People may give me flack for this but BMW service sucks, you will get good service if you know the guys or are good friends with the dealership or throws your toys around.

On a different note my dad received the best after sales service from Audi, the guys there seem to care a bit more

You just have to push BMW to get what you want

Try JSN, they are great and trust me when they say someone will call you back, some1 will call you.
