BMW customer Service

Cant say I am surprised, good dealerships is far between. I can only praise Club Motors Fountains as I always had great dealings with them, however my personal experience with Leo Haese Centurion and BMWSA is what is keeping me from buying another BMW that's still in plan.

When I buy the Z4 it will be out of plan, so I don't have to deal with BMWSA.

Always had good service from SMG BMW in Durban and Forsdicks in Pinetown , now Supertech Pinetown , Also never had a bad experience with Supertech clairwood in general .

SMG goes out of their way for me when ever I need something . I suppose its also good to build a relationship with your dealership as well .

I cant complain about the service at club motors fountains,10/10 for me there, and wont let anybody but them touch my car.

also must admit great Atlantis Nissan in centurion and Nissan dealership in wonderboom on the navara

the worst service I ever got was last year November at Jaguar Land Rover Menlyn when we bought a defender there, would never ever buy a car there again and definitely will not let them touch any of my land rovers ,the only guys to work on them is LRX,Walter and Org have many years experience and know there land rovers inside out, also stunning guys to know and have left there premises very late at night after having a good chat, even going so far as to come out and help me out when stuck on the R21 at 7pm at night, even following me home making sure everything was ok,these guys are not just mechanics but very good friends.

JSN, Sandton Auto and Autobahn have been great in terms of Customer Service.

Only had "bad" service from Lyndhurst Auto but that was resolved.

Autobahn was quite bad when I took delivery of my vehicle in April. I bought a demo from them and on the day of delivery I pointed out a scratch on the rear passenger door. The Sales Person said not to worry she will sort it out for me next week. Weeks passed and I kept getting told the manager will let me know when to have it sorted. Eventually the Manager came back to me and said I must pay to have the door repaired because according to the Sales person there was nothing reported on the day of delivery. Anyway I showed him the email trail of my conversations with the Sales person and then he still turns around to say to me that he will fix it because "As a customer he takes my word for it". Anyway last car I will ever buy from them.

Autobahn has been great in my experience, but there is bound to be issues at any dealership from time to time. For me the absolute worst was vw in Bloemfontein many years ago. First and last vw I ever had was due to them. They were phoenix motors then, probably lindsay saker now.
