technical BMW Connect Drive App not working

Hi there guys

My cousin recently purchased a 2016 F30 320i (B48). Everything is going well with the car, it’s in really good condition for its age and mileage.

However, the only issue he’s been having is connecting the car to his phone on the bmw connect app. It doesn’t show him his fuel range, mileage or any of those features at all. His features like the lock, unlock, horn and lights from the app works, but it’s delayed all the time, but atleast a few minutes.

Any suggestions on how this can be resolved ?

Try to reboot the idrive and then delete the app, reinstall and enter the information again.
Further to this, just do a check as well on the web, many people in the UK battle with Connected Services and a good, few available solutions to try out.
