What is the commission that one can expect from BMW when you bring a potential buyer and this person then buys a new car from them? Car in question: 2013 X3 2ld auto

I will say this...
When I took to people to Leo Haese and they baught a car there, the salesman, out of his own pocket/commision, would give a present, but never money.
I have gotten a braai set, a steak knife set, a pocket knife, key rings, a putter set, a kitbag, a watch, a carving set, sunglasses... thats the stuff I can think of right now...
So I would say it ALL depends on the guy sellign the car, but from bmw directly... dont get your hopes up... :nonono:

why would they pay you? when you refer someone to a furniture place, do you also expect some sort of commission? Granted furniture isnt as expensive as a new car.

I remember a few years back the secondhand car salesman/owner sold a car to someone i referred and he gave me R500 commission on a R25 000 sale (or thereabouts). Now, this sale is over R500 000 and the present salesman mentioned commission out of his own, i did not ask for any. Was just wondering if there was a set amount when you get someone to buy a new car. Could do with R10 000!!!! (Just kidding!!!) A thousand Mandela's will also be very very welcome!

When the interest rates spiked a few years ago, I remember getting pamplets at robots from sales persons at different dealers that they would give R1000 commision on any referals resulting in sales.

Since the interest rate starting coming down, havent seen anything like that again. Business is good!!
