BMW badge stolen & how to ///M grill colours?

Hey all!

So about 2 weeks ago someone stole the badge right off my car... :smashScreen::RedNo:

Where can I get a new one? Should I just order from BMW?

Also, I want to change the colour of my grill to the M colours, but I want my grills to be shiny black like the Msport trim on my window frames. What would be the best route to do this?

steven can sort u out with the badge ...

i still have a few sets of m stripes left ...
regarding the gloss black .. ur best option would be to light sand the fins .. and light coats of gloss black paint ... being plastic, u need light coats for it not to crack the paint with stone chips ....

folitec or platidip is an option with the gloss coat

How much for the m-stripes brother? I also still need to paint the top part of the grill gloss black that goes on the bonnet. I think I will also use the plasti dip for that.

Stripes are R50 a set for fanatics bro .. and given the e90 has think fins .. u can do then 2-3 times with the same set of stripes ...

its almost a year and half now and stripes on my e90 are still on, still looking good!

All is well again! Thanks a lot Steve for the excellent service!

When I got to Steve's store. He immediately greeted me with a big smile and started removing my old badge without me even asking and replaced the badge. The vibe in the store is also amazing and everyone is very friendly. Will definitely come back for that spoiler!

So now just wrapping/plasti dipping my grills gloss black. :tiptoe:

Depending on your cash situation, cant you just purchase a new set of gloss black grills? I got some for my F30 after a failed attempt at vinyling my originals. Now I have an immaculate set of new gloss black grills, that I could one day sell should i ever sell the car. As for the ///M stripes, they're easy to find. If somebody on the forum cant help you out, you can always look online. I think they're about R250-R300 a set for the clip-ons. (Again, this is F30.. Dont know about the E90 availability)

Also looking for some myself actually, if anybody knows of a better solution to the clip-ons at R250... otherwise I saw some vinyl strips that i could stick-on myself at the local china town :/

Problem with china town is peeling off and fading after couple months ..

i still have a couple sets left .. its high quality vinyl .. its been on my e90 that parks in the sun all day everyday for over 2 years now ..

and thats the set on my f30 ..
