Hi

I got a “Particulate Filter Service” notification from the BMW App but there’s nothing showing on the dashboard for the DPF.

My wife does highway/highish speed driving daily so I’m surprised.

Should I be worried?

See attached.

TIA

Its telling you to do a DP (downpipe) and stage 2!

Seriously, just get a DP done. You shouldnt be very worried, but not leave it like that. A blocked DPF will cause a lot of heat build up on the turbo, reducing its life. There will also be somewhat reduced performance and increased fuel consumption.
You can try DPF cleaner additive and go for a long cruise (1h+), but I doubt those things work....

I have read up on this as well as the same thing came up on mine, it just needs a regen. Go out to the highway and do a nice drive at about 2000rpm and above for a while. Dealer checked and all is well with the car and the DPF, the car came back from the service feeling tons better than when I had it so not sure what happened there but the DPF didn't need to be changed and the fuel consumption is still great.
I wouldn't worry too much unless you get an EML, but for me of I keep this car then next year it goes to Xcede for the DP + Stage 2.
