Bmw 530d aircon and park button faded, help?

Hi guys the buttons on my 2010 530d are starting to peal and fade, anyone one have any idea where I could get replacements or a solution to fix?

Scrap yard or dealers may have the individual complete parts , but it will be costly . I suggest a scrap yard first .
In future don't press these buttons with nails, its just paint over white plastic . Gets weaker after prolonged exposure to heat as well .
