BMW 435i 8sp Auto = R686 500....BMW 335i DTC was R697 650....The 435i is cheaper than 335i Coupe model and comes standard with Glass Sunroof and Rear view camera.

435i Auto M-Sport is R 703 800....335i Coupe DCT M-Sport was R728 850

The difference is the transmission

435 = 8speed step auto
335 = 7speed dual clutch

435 with DCT will be more expensive if available

so that means base price(no options) for an ///M4 should be 890-950k

I'm not sure how they going to make a gearbox shift quicker then the latest 8spd ones. So maybe they won't release a DCT version. Who knows!

The M sport 8 speed is a replacement for the DCT. DCT wont be offered.

Only the new M4 and M3 will have a 7 speed DCT box...

BTW The M sport 8 speed auto is just as quick as my past DSGs from my experience...

My dad placed his order yesterday for a F32 435i:

Standard features include Professional Sat Nav,
Xenons, sunroof, 8 speed sports Auto, rear view camera, extended lights package, HiFi sound, instrument with extended content..

They only options he had to tick is the M-Sport package & PDC..and it's cheaper than his E92 335i with less features.
