That time is quick!

A bit of a derail now. Are you running a LSD in your car Kish? I am really interested in exploring the options of LSDs for my vehicle. I know of the Mfactory, Quaife and wavetrac. But are there alternatives, for example using an E46 M, E92 M or any other LSD that is probably available on a wreck in SA.

i am still running an open diff on my car... you can try and find an E92 manual diff for yourself, the ratios should be close enough, honestly though i would go with an M factory unit... they much stronger!

Wouldn't your 1/4 mile time improve with an LSD? Thanks for the info man.

Looks like its about ~$2200 before shipping on the Mfactory LSD. I see that this LSD is a clutch type mechanism. I guess I have to start saving for that. Would probably work out to quite a bit to have it landed and then installed. Maybe I should be looking at an E46 M eventually. :coolShake:
