BMW 320i E90 FRM

Hi all, my BMW has a problem with each and every one indicator, head light, number plate LED and some of the dash light, I phoned SMG and they said it should be a FRM, this happened after I tried to start it till my battery died while I had a fuel pump issue and I had to swap batteries, help anyone, quick fix, I'm desperate .
