Bmw 135i N54 Radiator/Pipe connection Leak

Hi Guys , I have a coolant leak on my 135i(n54)

I have managed to source the leak , and it is by the upper radiator hose , this leak is not on the actual hose , but rather on a connection from the hose to the radiator (I could be mistaken if this is a connection or if it is apart of the actual radiator)

I would like to know if this part can be repaired , or if I need to replace the part , please advise what this part is called, and also an estimate with regards to pricing

Please watch video from Link Below(the leak is clearly shown in first few seconds of video)

Thanks for all the Help
Regards

Looks to be the connection on the actual radiator.

You could probably fix it with Q-bond but its more than likely going to be a radiator replacement.

Thats the plastic tank attached to the side of the radiator , Just went through this myself on my E46 , 16 year old original radiator, Its not the Hose , its the plastic part that's clamped onto the metal of the radiator . The Radiator itself was perfect but there was a slight hairline crack on the plastic . You have to replace the radiator unfortunately . The plastic gets brittle over time . Back in the day when I had this issue withe my E30 I took it to silverton and they replaced the black plastic piece . This time I purchased an NRF radiator from goldwagen and replaced it myself .

If that parts become brittle , then I guarantee you , that you will find other brittle parts in your cooling system . What I found was that the black hose connectors on our BMW cooling systems dont show damage from the outside , but when you remove them , you will find tiny cracks on the inside . The O-Ring gasket may also be damaged (Melted sometimes) .

You should go through your cars cooling system and check for any issues , It may be costly but you might as well fix the issues for peace of mind.
