BMW 120i E87 - Loud Engine Start

Hi Fantatics, I need some help and advise. My BMW 120i E87 2008 is giving me some serious issues when starting. Super loud clunk noise when starting and grinding when idling. Video attached, any idea or guidance on what I should do and where I should go? Currently in Rondebosch Cape Town

Bud, sorry to say but that sounds cooked. Maybe valve train, maybe bottom end.

I wouldn't start it again - Have it towed to a mechanic for a likely engine tear down.
