Guys, this thing is heavily cladded, so reserve judgement until it's revealed, even the M3 didn't look like much under the camo.

Also, if you needed a van, wouldn't you want the choice of a BMW van, rather than being forced to choose a Renault or Mazda?

And, even if you don't like and buy one, it helps BMW tap into a new market segment to make more money to spend more on R&D to make the series you actually are interested in better.

You can tell it's a BMW by the shark fin aerial on the roof. Not my kind of car but I'm sure there's a market for it - mums taking kids to school for eg. BMW calls this a 1 series GT, looks like an estate...I mean station wagon to me. :fencelook:
