best exhaust for 135

Hey guys,i own a 2009 135 with 42000km,what is the best performance and sounding exhaust to suit it,what gains can i expect and what will it set me back and will it affect my motorplan...advice appreciated

Yeah a quote for an evolution Akra system is between R65000-R75000 for a 1M. Don't think akra makes pipes for a 135i but You can check though

ACS or the BMW exhaust would be my recommendation and they both MP approved. Rennzport has customers with both in 135s and they sound great. There will always be gains on a turbo charged car :thumbs:

Eisenmann make great sounding pipes for the 135. Cost around 20k.

BMW M Performance exhaust is about 8k or 9k unfitted.. Add a grand onto that for fitment. I dont think its as loud/raw as these others but ul have a OEM part and motorplan approved for 10k.. Well worth it IMO

I have no idea where your getting the exhaust that cheap dealers i have checked are selling between 15k-17k with out installation?

Hey Guys,

JSN quoted me just under R 11k for the ACS system and apparently they only change the back box. They claim you get between 4-6kw and a great sound of course.

The lower price is for the N55. I got the same quote from Auto Atlantic R9500 and about R600 (estimated) for fitment.

I am also not a fan of the sound from the PE. It makes the car sound like a truck.

thanks for the reply guys,i spoke to the guys at cedar isle auto and they gave estimate of R15000 for the performance exhaust,does anybody on the forum have this exhaust fitted?

Why not look at importing the Agency Power or Berk Street exhausts. Those really sound great IMO and makes good power. Prob cheaper too...

Ac schnitzer exhaust- R28 000 excl fitment
