Hi peeps

So today I come out of the clinic after taking my daughter for her vaccination and find the left rear of my car smashed. A lady reversed into me...saying her pdc didnt beep in her Fortuner :rage:

Anyways... whats the best place to get it fixed??
Im not worried about price....I want quality workmanship and great customer service.

Howsit bud... Sorry about that bump... Drivers these days are too relient on safety features, instead of using their eyes:dunnoanymore:

Anyway, your signature states your car is a 2017...so its probably best to get it repaired at a bmw ARC....so you don't have any motorplan issues down the line:hammerhead:

Edit: I assume she has insurance

Auto Body Specialists in Midrand is BMW approved and have great customer service. I work for a large insurance company and we rate these guys very highly in terms of price and customer feedback.

I feel your pain.
Is her insurance going to pay?

I had a similar problem back in 2012 when a truck reversed into my A4. The truck company brick walled any attempts to claim from them. So, I claimed from my insurance. They then claimed from the trucking company almost a year later and they reimbursed my excess. The crap part is that even though it was not my fault, the fact that I claimed means that I don't have a claim free history, so all no claim benefits go out the window

Thanks man. Yeah i will only take it to BMW approved places. She has insurance. She already claimed. I will get my insurance to deal with hers.

Atleast she waited in her car for me. But she was crying like you cant believe lol.

Agh these things happen. I just want it fixed 100%

I wonder if this will show as a comment on MP, even though it would be properly repaired?

She gave me a claim number and I hope they will pay. But i will claim from mine and let them handle it.

Yeah....no claim history is gone now:rage:

So sorry to read this.. Take it to a BMW ARC, Insurance must send it there. Make sure they do!

Ona total other note, what rear tyre pressures are you running? Your tyre appears under inflated from the wear on the sidewalls. Just curious :=):
