Best BMW mechanic Cape Town?

Hi Gents

Could someone please advise me to a good bmw mechanic in Cape Town? I'm located in the city bowl, but can drive to northern or southern burbs.

Seems my e90 is having problems with the control arm etc, but am in need for a good and reliable mechanic that can service my baby...

I did a search, and found "super street autoworx" to be advised, but they closed down...

Any help will be appreciated.

Brilliant mechanical workshop in kenilworth are awesome.
In the city I've heard good things about Mech 5, they near Wembley Square if I'm not mistaken.

APS in Stikland is great, but Anton is very busy, so you gotta have patience (worth the wait for me).
Only heard good thing about Garage 808 and Brilliant Mech Workshop, but I haven't been there myself.

Garage 808 in the Northern Suburbs (Bellville). I always get good and professional service from Colin and Adele. Also heard Anton (Northern Suburbs -Bellville/Stikland) is quite good.

Heard that Brilliant Uses 10w40 oil on all cars that they service, the recommended oil is 5w40. any one know why?

They use Liqui Moly products, and they meet or exceed the BMW specification.

I think it depends on the model but each and everytime I took my car to them it would be 5w30 until i asked them to change it to 5w40
