The E30 is a shape that will make everyone turn and take a second look. The 325iS, will make everyone stand up, point, and take pictures!
I love that car and will forever be my first love! :inlove:
The thing that amazes me though, is you will get little 6 year old kids point as you drive passed in a 325iS. That kid doesn't even know anything about that car, but it catches his eye....a 25 year old car!raise:

MALJAN FOR ///MPRESIDENTMaljan said:The question asked is quite a subjective one. There are many crtieria that can be applied:
- the most acclaimed (E39)
- the best secondhand value (E46)
- the coolest (E31)
- the maddest (E36/8 M3 Coupe)
- the one everybody wants (E30)
- the one everybody wants but can't get in South Africa (E30 M3)
- the one that everybody who had one wish they still had (E36)
- the one that put the company on the map (Neue Klasse)
- the rarest (507 Roadster)
- the first that was branded as a 'series' (E12)
- the first V12 (E32)
- the first V10 (E60 M5)
- the first supersaloon (E28 M5)
I could go on and on... :smashScreen:

M3's have always been great, and each generation get's better IMHO
BUT, funny enough, whilst I wouldn't mind owning them, I never actually "wanted" or felt that "need" for any of those.
But when I look at a V8 M3 Coupe, or M4, or 1M, or 435, or even just an E90 LCI / F30 with M Pack, I can really see myself in it
I guess what I'm saying is that for me, newer is better when it comes to this brand

Agree. As nice as the 325is is, I'm sure a Fiesta ST would run circles around it.

That may be true but I know which car I would want parked in my driveway.
