Battery registration

Hi All,

I have a question around battery registration for an e60. Is there anyone around the PTA east area that has the ability to do this? I changed battery around 2/3 months ago and did not get the registration done as when I went to BMW they want a rather large fee of R650.00 to do a 5 min plug in and check. It is the same battery as before so it should not need coding, just registering.
