25k is what i had in mind....lady is asking 40k!!! seems very high thats why i need your input. don't want to miss a good car but you know the story also don't want to pay too much!

Original parts can run you R9000 per piston on an E34 M5!

Choose wisely, check what aftermarket parts are available first.

40k is a bit much dude.

I would rather go for a 20 to 25k one, and then have some bucks available for the new rims, body kit, and upgrades, which will put you at 40k.

Although full service history is really rare on a car like that....

going to open neg's with an offer for 25k ....can always go up...but not down, you never know. had a buddy who gave away an individual for 25k about 8mths back ....could not get rid of it(yep the 6 speed manual)....just wasn't in need of something like that at the time .....so you never know...
