:smashScreen: GUYS - he is new...language problem YES! so lets try help him - he has addressed South Africa where the 333i was born and rightfully so, can anyone help him. ?

@Chealsea2002 I dont think its readily available here either as its a very rare and special edition and I dont even think BMW South Africa stock those badges, but Im certain some one on the forum might have decent answers for you.

You might be better off getting a couple of 323i Badges and swapping out the 2 with a 3 but the colors on the back might be a bit more difficult in getting made.

Good luck in finding one. :coolShake:

and thanks for nothing the rest of you clowns :RedNo: seriously is this how we treat visitors, I notice cat fights being posted by all members of this forum I think you all need to step back and remember what this forum is about. :YesNo:

I think a good start would be someone who owns a 333i volunteering a VIN that we might be able to use for a part number and then see what is possible? Have asked someone at BMW to check if there is anything they can do in the interim. Doubt it would be available to order but you never know what is lying on a shelf either at a warehouse or someone's garage.

MikeR's idea is probably the most feasible

If u are from Germany, why would you want a 333i badge?

As far as I know the 333i was a homolagation only in South Africa.

Be that as it may, try modifying a 733i badge if u find one.

Well. What if he's imported one to Germany?

333i badge definitely no longer available - none sitting in a parts bin and can't be special ordered for what it's worth. Next best bet is to source and modify 733 or 323 badges I'd say.

South African dealers have a special file for parts for these cars , Theres a guy restoring a 333i somewhere in Durban and SMG , Is ordering the parts for him . I have never met the guy or seen the car , but the spares guys told me that its an absolute headache finding and ordering these parts as all the part numbers are in a big file . I think they have one for the 325is and the 333 as well as some other cars.

Your best bet might be to email a South African dealership and maybe and they could help you find the part . I was also told that BMW , at a price will make the part for you if no longer in production , But its costly . Your in Germany ... Just visit the BMW classic car center , most of our E30 parts are being ordered from there anyway.

The deviated parts list has this badge listed on it, some of the well established dealers will still have this in their file. You can go fetch it off the SA E30 site, I did a scan and its uploaded there somewhere. It has been NLA for many years now so the best bet is to get the 323i and E23 733i badges and hack one up yourself. SA VIN sequences on this model do not conform to standard BMW numbers a SA VIN will help nothing. The part number on the deviated list is also an AA prefixed number which means it was Alpina OEM supply, this may mean some bit of hope should our seeker indeed live in Germany. Lets hope it is meant to be going on a proper 333i under resto!

Cheers
