B58 Common Issues

Maybe a template could be used to help describe issues encountered. Something like:

Description of the issue:
Conditions: (describe the conditions under which the issues occurs eg. Wot)
Debugging: (what has already been checked or tested and the associated results)
Media: (upload and pictures or video to better illuminate the issue)
Resolution: (description of the fix if already completed and you want to share the information )

has anyone seen this issue before with a b58 thought id share this here.

mods at the time of the incident were bm3 file jb4 map 0 and a dp and intake. did a pull from 50mph to about 550rpm then boom the engine blew
bootmod3 say its not the file and there was no meth running on the car at the time of the incident. A couple of people seem to think its a weak b58 unit that was from the first run in 2016 that had alot of cylinder issues? The car has 57000miles on it
