bolt on but you can weld them in to repair slight damage if needed
heavy damage will need a new shock tower
these are for prevention rather than repair

Studs are long enough
dont have pics of them fitted but will get some asap

Probably the shock mount bushings if you have not replaced them recently can supply these with the plates if needed
