Nope, but have used RK Motion and they are tops

There are a few vendors on the forum, rather start there and find the tuner that works for you.. At least then you have some form of accountability on the forum and you know the reputation.

Everyone has their own preferred tuner, I would personally go with Xcede and be done with it..

Have used tuned2race. Had all the supporting mods but he couldnt give me the power i wanted as he was just replacing the file instead of tuning it. The car had stage 1 and when i wanted to go stage 2 the dyno results still showed stage 1 figures. When i asked for stock file he also charged but i guess some people do charge for that. I then went with toxic tuning. Gave me 160kw and 330nm on my 118i n13. If you want his number drop me a dm. His service is the best and really cooperative

Got my stage 2+ software for just over a year now and still happy, no issues however i still have to dyno after the software,
But my butt dyno is happy with the rears spinning, no rev limiter, more torque and bit more noises...

I cannot bash another tuner to be honest, but my signature shows that I have been with 4 so far LOL.

I have Xcede currently and I would not hesitate to use them again. Aftersales & quality in terms of mapping etc has been great!

RKmotion & Madness on the diesels are strong competitors as well but depends what you looking for and how you want it tuned.

ChipLogic - OB has passed on so I wont even go there however Cleo is running CSM for a while and has taken over ChipLogic too...and they running good still. Consider them...
