Guys don't laugh at me here ok... i was stupid enough not to check in the beginning so yes my own dumbass is to blame for this one, but i reckon it's worth a smile for you all..

Ok so here i am in front of this black BMW from the time we leave grasmere.. we go through the toll gate where i slipped into the left hand lane and black Beemer follows. Still no idea it's a 335.... little old dumbass me decides let me drive my car a bit and i floor it... black BMW gets smaller in my rear view mirror. thinking ok it might be a 320i - and no offense here to 320i drivers. was just thinking well at least i know my baby has a bit more power...

So i decide lets check the rear view mirror again.. ok black BMW is closer but didn't cathc me that quick.. ok it's a 320i. then when we pull off from robots etc. and just before robots i floor my car thinking ok i will pull away from the 320i and OMF.... next moment it looks like i selected reverse gear instead of vinnig vorentoe and that black BMW is on my ass.... toe weet ek mos ek was Fo#$@$@# dom... at that stage it was all too clear... stuck between a M3 + 330d and a 335i. my poor baby way out of it's class here and no ways in hell i would be able to even remotely stay in front of them...

yes yes i know... it's now time to start laughing at this windgat in his 323i

Hehe! No worries man. Yeah, the 335 is a beast! Mine's not standard either... Not that I've done a ton of work to the engine - quite the opposite really - just have a piggy-back (the JB+ set at 50% increase). However it does net me close to 220kw and 410NM's at the wheels.

No need to feel bad at all though! The e90 is a great car! A friend of mine has a 323 and I drove it once - feels exactly like my car in all respects but the engine. So really - you drive a great car too!

Actually the xi range has been available overseas with 4 wheel drive for a while - but BMW only really offer it in markets where they have snow and the like. It's not really touted as a performance enhancing feature.

BMW's are all about rwd!
