That loooks freaking awesome...... Some people complain why everyone is using turbos and not sticking to NA cars.... Audi did a good thing.... Bmw on the other hand. M cars dont need turbos!

I agree, but I think the pressure's on, the sentimental market isn't that big.

Guys a a realist, a 2008 R8 costs £40k. The equivalent year M3 costs £25. For stares,space , power, economy , drive build quality the M3 gives me all of that and a piece of history 40 yrs in the making.if money was no object then give me a GT3 4.0 RS - yes Porsche... As for the Audi, it ain't no thorough bred, borrowing engines from RS's and Lambo

You've got a point... But in my opinion, cars like this aren't suppose to make sense. You buy a car because of the effect it has on YOU and how it makes you feel.

And this is what I love about BMW, AUDI and the rest of them. And it's that these cars cater for different personalities. If I had the V8 R8 or a Maserati GTS, I know I wouldn't give a rats ass if a 135i or MK1 golof wif a concord tehbo, is quicker/more economical/cheaper to run/or what ever than the above. :rollsmile:
