The ultimate tune for your S55 powered vehicle, the JB4 allows you to go from factory stock to full race, and everywhere in between, with the push of a button on your steering wheel. The JB4 installs and removes easily and includes many unique features not found in any other tune including user adjustable 1st and 2nd gear boost limiting, map switching in dash, electronic wastegate control, ethanol fuel support, and built in advanced CANbus based diagnostic tools. Installation is completely removable with no splicing or cutting of factory wires.
JB4 Map Guide
Map 0: Disable JB4 / Full Pass Through Mode
Map 1: Stage1 map adding approximately 40whp and 40wtq across the power band on pump gas. Suitable for all stages and fuel mixtures.
Map 2: Slightly more aggressive version of map 1 intended for vehicles with exhaust modifications and 93+ octane fuel. Can also be used with E85 and racing fuel mixtures.
Map 3: Slightly less aggressive version of map 1 intended for vehicles running on lower grade fuels such as 91 octane.
Map 4: OEM performance but with JB4 active for diagnostics only.
Map 5: //M low torque / linear throttle map.
Map 6: Custom tuning map.
Map 7: Race gas map. Requires 100 octane unleaded fuel and for the fuel mass connector to be installed. This map can also be used with up to 35% E85.
Map 8: Methanol injection map. Requires BMS FSB controller or methanol kit for progressive mapping and safety systems.

An affordable intake system worthy of your S55 M3 and M4! The BMS S55 Performance Intake retains everything that is good about the OEM intake including the cold air ducting and light weight heat shielding airbox bottom, but replaces the top end of the intake with higher flow ducting and quality inverted cone air filters to match.
During our dyno testing the BMS S55 Performance Intake performed the same or better than other S55 intakes tested posting gains of up to 10+ horsepower to the wheels at 25psi+ boost levels. Note the OEM S55 air intake flows very well from the factory so gains are mostly present at higher boost levels and higher RPM where airflow requirements are highest. In addition to freeing up some power turbo spool speed was improved, and there is an incredible sound improvement. You'll finally be able to hear your turbo spooling!
Installation is easy and fully reversible. Our proprietary high flow filters can be cleaned every 15-20k miles using a S&B cleaning kit and will last the life of the car. Our intake temperature testing found no significant difference from the factory intake during both sustained cruise and full throttle operation.

Burger Motorsports BMW M3/M4 Charge Pipes

BMW's new S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness we've identified are the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.
Our BMS S55 replacement chargepipes are made from heavy duty aluminum and are designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM like fit. They are finished in a flat black powder coat to match the engine bay and we've also incorporated a pre-capped 1/8" NPT bung in to each pipe. Includes replacement heavy duty couplers, hose clamps, and all hardware required for the installation.
