Dont talk shit man, jimmy supplies cf and plastic goodies, i had a collegue that bought cf goodies from him yesterday, i walked in there with him. Top notch service and quality goodies.

Nothing wrong with carbon sport.

Used Jimmy Liu for years. He is upfront about what the material is and can import a lot. He used to manufacture a bit himself as well and used to skin with carbon as well (not wrap with 3D vinyl which he can also do). Haven't been to him in a while so not sure what his current capabilities are.

Is it always perfect? No - but VERY FEW non-original parts are perfect and his fitment is usually very good from personal experience on other cars as well as friends who have bought from there - it isn't OEM prices after all and fit/quality is more than acceptable given the prices IMHO. You can have worse luck importing from AliExpress etc as a lot of those items have OEM parts in pics and then when they arrive you are left with something that doesn't fit and doesn't look good. With Jimmy at least you can go and see what you are getting. In the past a few 'importers'/workshops that bad mouthed him also bought from him and then sold the same parts for more.

And to add... he lists his products as either CFRP or FRP. Be sure you don't mistake a fibreglass-reinforced plastic for CFRP... they're also quite different - But he's not passing 1 off as the other.

I doubt a guy would be around for over a decade if he was selling painted-on carbon fibre...

I'm keen to get some stuff from him when he get's his stock in again.

Not to answer for jimmy, but if you walking into a shop like that you should already know what you have in mind or would like to purchase.

They where in and out the back - didnt ask me a question and there was another guy also once - he walked out also and said WTF.
