Anyone know this car?

Hi Fanatics,

A buddy of mine, out of town is looking to buy a 1M. He specifically wants a fully spec'd one, with all or as many of the bells and whistles as possible.

We have contacted this dealership to view the vehicle, we have also done the necessary "comments" check and all is clean. However, the dealer advised that they had purchased this car from a bank as the car was repossessed. Hence, we just want to find out if anyone here possible knows someone who knows someone who knows the previous owner? Any help is appreciated...

maybe ask coisman if you have a licence plate number or take the vin number down to bmw and let them run it through there system

the above though wont tell you how the car was driven by the original owner ,that you might never know

I've heard some scary stories about these cars and dealers... Apparently 1 of the dealers took a brand new 1M for a "test drive", smashed it. Sold it to another dealer who repaired it and sold it as a brand new car.
Just be careful, but still an epic car :thumbs:

This will not be the first time a dealer sends a damaged car to a panel beater to get repaired and sold as brand new on the floor.

LZ has some pretty scary stories of what dealers have asked him to do with new cars.

We have done the checks via vin at a bmw dealer already. Checks out fine. Guess you guys are rite in saying we will never know how the previous owner drove it. Just weary about accident history, as you guys say, some horror stories out there.

Im going to have a look and drive this car tomorrow, will get the reg for Coisman. Just wanted to check if by any chance the previous owner a member here?
