Anyone else with X5M/X6M

Guys
Doing some investigation into a whining sound I have on my X5M. Anyone have this the oil pump issue. Dealer tells me its normal. I have seen in the US, new revised oil pumps were installed

Yes it does! I have changed the power steering pump already..

I recently purchased a 2010 x5m :inlove: and yes, that power steering sort of whine in M mode makes me boil. Mine is not as loud as the video you posted, but u can definately hear It.
Maybe I need to speak to BMW for a motor plan oil pump change!

Apparently there is a revised part no., what's your mileage?
Consumption highway 11l per 100km short runs 17l per 100km.

My highway cons is 20l per 100 and combined +-23l per 100 :thumbdo:
Mileage is 62000kms.. Yours? Any advice for a newbie x5m owner?
