Hi everyone!

I just recently got my first Bimmer.
a well looked after 2007 323i E90 with 119000 Kms on the clock.
I bought it as a project car.
so Far I have had it for about a month and have so far replaced wheels and tyres, replaced the side indicators with blacked out ones, wrapped the interior trim for the time being because the brushed alu is really ugly.
I look forward to gaining a lot of knowledge from everyone here and I am ITCHING to get to a meet and start connecting with people with the same interest.

Welcome!

Beaut of a ride you have there, stunning cars.

I have had the E90 albeit the Individual...I miss it, very solid cars and the 323i is a pretty solid 6 cylinder also.

Like the rims change!

Hope you enjoy the stay bud!

Thanks for the reassurance :) I'm thinking of having it mapped because its VERY lazy on the low end.

Welcome,

I like the colour of your car.
Those N52 engines are really built well, try doing the oil change every 10000km and that engine will run well, they very strong especially seeing its a low millage car.

That an option however start with the exhaust first, remove any restrictions and make the 6 cylinder purr....then go for a tune...Would be lekker!

@Sherwin@Xcede can sort you out.

Welcome. Looks to be clean and well kept.

Check the vanos/solenoids out when you send the car in again. Made a world of difference on the 323i, and 325i, that I used to have.

Got them from overseas. Didn't cost much either. You can PM me and I'll send you some more details.

Welcome and enjoy. A nice car with a great motor...6 cylinders!
Thanks very much. I was hell bent on getting a 6pot, wether it was the smallest or the biggest one didn't bother me.

Yes my dad has a 6 as well...and you just cannot beat the sound of it and free revving. Its a beast of a motor isn't it!
