Some of you may know ,but for the uninformed here it is:
A certain car-modding CFBB member has been offering carbon cleaning services for a little while now and after being made aware of it I decided to give it a go as my car is on almost 68k KM and have read that the N54 motors suffer from build up .
Firstly I would like to say it was great meeting you Mr GeorgeSmooth , you are a world of knowledge and that C63 of yours is going to be legendary.
Secondly it is not often you get service like this , Car was dropped off late Wednesday night and collected Thursday after the valves had been cleaned. While it was there Mr Smooth also pointed out a line that was frayed and made a temporary plan for me. Hell I even got sent photos of during the day.
Now the car feels noticeably different . It feels alot more responsive and seems to rev alot smoother and quicker. Also with a fresh batch of fuel it seems to now the hold boost instead of spiking it and then falling to a lower level.
When driving home the same route and roughly the same style fuel consumption dropped by roughly 2L per 100km.
Would I recommend it?!? FOR SURE - Between three of us friends who had it done we all agreed it was an improvement
