I recently bought a 2010 X5 with the yellow angels eyes as day time running lights and wanted to know if I could change them to the more clear white angel eyes.

Yes, you can change them.

Get in contact with some of the advertisors on the forum. There are a few of them who will be able to assist you. A few who come to mind are Prominetix, Auto X-cessorise, Rennzport, Project Shift, etc.
