Does this somewhat rectify the issue of the outer ring being so dull you can barely see it? I hate mine for that reason.

This is not a bulb issue. It's a design issue. Older BMW models use 1 bulb to luminate both rings.

Can't vouch for this product, but you will find with most aftermarket products tee inner ring is bright and outer ring dim

Tman is correct. The light dispersion on e series is not equal between the inner and outter rings. The inner ring will always be brighter then the outters due to design, there is no way to equalise it out.

Yeah I do know about the design flaw, maybe i should have rephrased.
I just meant do these bulbs improve the light dispersion, even if not perfect, compared to the others on the market? They look well designed.

All I know is the cylindrical design works way better (tested)

Ah...we've done 3 in total I think over the past 2 weeks. Need to get some better pics myself of them.
