I can't see that he can force you to resign..
Well i don't really know the law when it comes to that but i can't see how he can do that.

If your side is clean and your work is done then he doesn't even have grounds to let you go or anything of that sorts.
Should we come bliksem him for you.. knock some sense into his dumbass ?

the story is that wife is going away on a team building exercise and i have to look after my son.asked for familly care leave,the company says no,i must take leave,which im saving for xmas,i then told him i would bring my son to work,well one thing led to another and before i knew it i told him i think its time i start looking for another job,he turned around and said i must hand in my resignation,i then told him that he has always had it in for me and before he could reply walked off.

later heard from one of the people present that he told the shift manager not to approve any of my leave and to book it as awol.

so pissed off at the moment that i want to take the bm and ram it up his ass.but that wont help.
for three years i have put my familly on hold,missed birthdays and school functions,and seeing my son grow up,1 weekend a month and to be treated like this,

so now wondering the path forward,own bussiness,which i dont really have the funds for or look for another job,which i have beeb doing since july,market is dead in the trade at the moment

actually now that im thinking about im to blame,i shouldnt have let it get out of hand.

got a bit of a short temper and just had enough of having to push my familly aside

People the airshow was THE SHIT!!!!! :bravo: :bravo: :bravo:
We even had 2 airbus A380's do fly-by's for us.
I tell you, frikkieh took ALLOT of pics, and we didn't even manage to make it to the hangers, but the flying was spectacular!!!

It was a great show, wouldn't mind if they had more planes to look at but let's see what the next one looks like...Still i had fun and sore from all the walking but it was good
