So on the 1st of October there will be an airshow at Waterkloof Airforce Base. Here are the details:

Went to Zwartkops airshow a few months ago. was spellbound....

yep,saw the b1 bomber a few years ago,they couldnt go full out as the house close by wouldnt have any windows left

I haven't been to one in a while, so I even if I booked to work that day, I am going to put in leave and be there. :thumb:
Maybe a bit closer to the date we can maybe put up a meeting place so all fanatics show up there.

as an aviator, I have been to far too many airshows in my lifetime, and unfortunately I have also seen way too many colleages and friends perish because they needed to show off just that bit too much....I will probably avoid going there.

would be awesome, I havent been to one in years and I love fighter planes ... pity but I can't make it ... got a bachelors weekend
