Air Con Filters X5 E70

Hi all

As the topic states does anyone know where I can get replacement air con filters for an E70 X5? The dealers want about R2k :thumbdo: for something that should cost only a fraction of that.

Are you referring to the microfilter? I swopped mine out on the E46 with ones I imported via amazon. Just look for the MANN brand, that is BMW OEM. Dealers wanted R500 odd, I impoted ( delivered) for R200 a piece.

I just wash mine with a high-pressure washer and re-use.

The stealers are crazy with prices for microfilters. The X5 has two of those which is double the pain.

Yes the air con microfilters. I'm surprised nobody apart from agents would stock these. I'll give Amazon a shot perhaps :thumbs:

I never knew you could pressure wash these, they do look somewhat delicate. I removed them yesterday, dusted them off and gave it a vacuum.
