Aftermarket fog lights

I have a 2005 e91 that didn't have the fog/spot lights in front. Would it be a huge mission for me to source a pair and install it myself or have it installed.
What are the possible pitfalls of doing this or what should I be looking out for if indeed it is even possible to begin with.

No it wouldn't be a huge mission.

On my first e90 I had them wired to the headlights so they were always on. Not the best solution and wouldn't do it again.

From what I read you can take apart tour existing switch and remove the blocker for the button which is missing and use your existing headlight switch. You obviously won't have the pretty picture for the fogs on the switch. Not sure if coding is required but I doubt it.

Call brilliant mechanical workshop in Claremont. They should be able to source an aftermarket set.
