Guys I would like to know two things, 1: will changing my crank case breather valve on my e46 04 320d every fourth service make my turbo last longer, or is it just a waste of money? 2:what do you Guys think of the liqui moly diesel additive is it good for my car in the long run. My Machanic insists I do this, I am on 243k on the clock and my car is in an excellent condition. Any advice?:ty:

Maybe if your car has 243k on the clock and it's in excellent condition, just keep doing what you've been doing:idea:

That is the only oil i use in my Diesel

Top Tec 4100 5 w - 40 you can get it also from Moranor on the forum.

Top Tec 4100 5 W-40 is what I recommend to my customers who hammer their cars from time to time

Top Tec 4200 5 W-30 for those that hardly ever drive hard and sit in traffic all day or do very short trips

both have all the relevant BMW approvals for your car

liqui moly NF Diesel Boost as a Diesel Additive  form them is very good, Just don't Spill it on the paint. you will not get it off and it makes a nasty tell tale sign. good for cleaning those injectors

i use it on every second Tank of Diesel.

Also available from moranor sorry for the previous post.
