There have been many x35's fitted with DP's and SW at Xcede and none of them have had any issues with dealers or MP when they were removed for services and claims.
However as they guys have pointed out, they is always a risk and you do "Pay to Play". The risk ultimatley lies with the owner and no tuner will guarantee your MP.
