Advice needed on crooked dealer

If it's in fact a Bmw 520I they lied to you. Do you have an agreement drawn up saying they sold you a 525I?

And can you get Bmw to on paper verify that the car is in fact a 520I?

I would then claim the book value difference between the two cars from the dealer

If they don't want to hear anything about it then is court. They are a dealership and legally the courts would view them as experts when it comes to cars. So they must be sure what they are sellingand would this case favorably in leu of you

After my incident I buy from dealers.
Had an issue last week with car a bought. Broke down twice in 2 days. took it back gave the keys back and cancelled the deal.

Hi Guys.

let start from the beginning, the dealer advertised the bmw as a 1992 bmw 525i, i traded in my 1988 mercedes benz 230e on the bmw

earlyer this evening i searched for parts on the internet using the car's VIN number, according to the web my bmw is a 1991 bmw 520i

Is there any actions i can take against the dealer ?

Consumer Protection Act (section 55 or 56), read up and use this. You have grounds to cancel the deal. I had a similar case in December last year with Volvo and won my case at no cost. I even had Wesbank cancel the finance.
