Advice needed: E36 318i Gearbox/Clutch

Okay.

I got a gears related question.

On my E36, I feel when going form 1st to 2nd it feels like I lose power or that the motor almost feels like dying, only ofcourse when I`m gunning it a bit, and then when going from 2nd to 3rd, it feels like it jumps out of 2nd gear.

Since I bought her I haven`t had the clutch or anything in that line done or repaired.

And then on the brake and clutch pedal I have a swivel from left to right, The clutch pedal also feels like it has a bubble when stepping on it, it goes down a bit before you can feel it taking.

Any advice?

I think you should pm Gizmo, sounds like gearbox not clutch to me.

The pedals can have play on the shaft in the pedal box.
There is a bit of movement before the pedal gets harder .
It should not jump out of gear , if it is a hassle then the box must come out .
Do you change on the limiter , then if will feel different as the car was acellerating and now is keeping a constant speed .
