Hi ashman,
I also booked my dad and I on it about 2 years ago. Really loved it. We went to kyalami where there were a bunch of 330i E90's waiting for us, and for those with deep pockets an M3 and a Z4M (with the 3.2 motor)
There's a bit of classroom time beforehand where they explain in detail what you are going to do and can expect from the cars and track. ABS testing DSC use both on and off on the track, and later on the skidpan with cones.
I was truly amazed at how effective those systems are. You really see the cars shine with it ON

But before the skidpan we had actual track racing as well
The instructor comes with and they have cones pre placed around the track on all the apex's. (or is it apexi) :roflol:
By the time you get the hang of the track, they remove the cones and by then you're doing pretty good  Also you take frequent breaks inbetween track sessions, with refreshments they provide, so you can stay focused and maximise the learning and enjoyment :joy:
Then the exercises on the skidpan, followed by, yes drifting!!! power sliding, whatever floats your boat
I felt we could've spent more time on that subject. Revision to 100% seems essential.
It is a long day after all, and they have dedicated photographers taking shots all day long of individuals and the group and have them for sale on a flash drive at the end of the day.
I believe they offer different courses, one incl and excl actual track racing. And then there's the choice of cars!
Being new to REAL track racing i felt the 330i was a real beaut to learn on. Stable well balanced and epic roadholding. Wow i got scared before the tyres did around the corners.
Hope this helps.
